Riven is the year ahead of Musa at school, and attends the Red Fountain College for Heroics and Bravery. He has a bit of a bad attitude, but that is simply an act he puts on in self-defense. Riven is secretly a very studious and shy person. He is somewhat distrusting of girls, partially because his first girlfriend, the witch Darcy, put a spell on him. Nevertheless, Musa manages to bring Riven out of his shell. Riven is rivals with Prince Sky.
