Chip has always made me laugh, from the minute Mystic Force premiered. But it was a recent episode, "Soul Specter," that made me want to make a fanlisting for him. After seeing how brave, yet dorky Chip could be, I realized he needed to be appreciated! --July 04, 2006

This site is named "Chipper," not only because Chip has an upbeat, chipper attitude, but also because it's a play on his name! Heh, heh...

About Fanlistings
Some of you may be curious as to what exactly a fanlisting is. The basic definition, from the Fanlistings Network, is a list of fans of a certain thing from all over the world. The goal of this fanlisting is to form friendships between very different people from very different places through their common fandom--in this case, Chip Thorn.
