 Full Name: Charles Thorn
Nickname: Chip Ranger Identity: Mystic Force Yellow Ranger Chip Thorn is one exuberant guy. He is always bouncing around, pretending to be one amazing character after another. It seems like nothing can ever bring him down. For instance, when he and his friends get trapped in a magical forest, Chip says, "Ten seconds into the forest and we're already lost. YEAH!" But don't take Chip for an idiot. He may be super-hyperly excited to finally be a super hero when he becomes the Mystic Force Yellow Ranger, but he takes his job seriously. Even if he's scared, he'll stop at nothing to protect his friends, and make sure they're safe. Chip works at the Rock Porium, along with his friends, Madison, Nick, Vida, and Xander. As the Yellow Ranger, Chip controls the power of lighting, and uses a crossbow as his weapon. His mystic powers come from the Ancient Garuda, a birdlike creature with powerful wings.

With the new all-powerful Legend Mode, Chip transforms into the Yellow Legend Warrior, and can use his staff to create a powerful lighting bolt. By combining powers with Madison, Vida, and Xander, they can become the mighty Jungle Lion Zord.
