Is this the last we hear of Karone? Not so. Some time later, after the Space Rangers helped the newly-formed Lost Galaxy Rangers destroy the Psyco Rangers, the Pink Galaxy Ranger, Kendrix, seemed to have been killed in the battle. Her weapon, the Pink Quasar Saber, ended up on the wilderness planet of Onix, where it was being held for auction. Karone, disguised as Astronema, comes in with the high bid, and tries to make off with it. Trakeena, however, sees through her rouse, and tries to stop her. Karone escapes, and presents it to the Galaxy Rangers. When Trakeena comes to steal it, Kendrix's spirit comes to Karone, and bestows upon her the Pink Galaxy Morpher. Karone takes over as the new Pink Galaxy Ranger, and fights for truth and justice, desperately trying to make up for her past crimes. When the Galaxy Rangers journey comes to an end, they arrive on Mirinoi. Kendrix reappears, now in her bodily form, and thanks Karone for taking over for her while she was unable to fight. Karone is a sweet and generous girl, who will do anything for her friends.
