About Pine Hollow

The Pine Hollow book series is set a few years after the Saddle Club series, still featuring Lisa, Stevie, and Carole, now in High School. While the girls are still as horse crazy as ever, they now have to deal with teen-related issues creeping into their lives, like relationships, preparing for college, and their family problems. Through it all, the girls stay fast friends.

The majority of the Pine Hollow series was written by Catherine Hapka, and ran from 1998-2001, spanning 17 books total. The series did not wrap up, however, and left many plotpoints open.
